The dual master of arts in education and human development in the field of organizational leadership and learning and graduate certificate in sustainability leadership aims to develop leaders who utilize systematic change processes to generate sustainability in organizations, communities, and systems. Students develop the practical knowledge and necessary skills to understand a variety of learning, leadership, and organizational problems, develop effective solutions that will result in effective change, and lead the implementation of sustainability and other organizational change initiatives.

The 12 credits earned in the graduate certificate may be counted toward requirements for the master’s degree. All requirements for both programs must be fulfilled.
